I have experience working with adults, adolescents, children and their families across a range of anxiety and mood-related problems including trauma, chronic pain, stress, and difficulties adjusting to life changes.

I have training  in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).  All of which have been shown  to effectively treat many psychological problems.  

Together we build a shared understanding of how unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour might be making your life difficult.  We identify both your strengths and vulnerabilities, and in the context of your current life situation, help you develop some practical skills, so that you may make meaningful changes in your life.
